REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Access to all sessions is subject to registration. Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees and wider hotel accomodation choice.

Early registration deadline is February 10, 2010.

The ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM accepts the 3 different means of payment:

• by credit card: VISA / EUROCARD / MASTER CARD or AMEX only (no other cards accepted)
• by check payable in France to the order of: MEGA HAND 2010 c/o MCI France
• by bank transfer to the order of MEGA HAND 2010 c/o MCI France

  A Copy of the bank transfer must be sent along with the registration form. Do not forget to mention on the bank transfer order the name of the person you are paying for. The organizers will not absorb bank charges.
  
  
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE for payment by BANK TRANSFER or by CHECK :
  
  - The registration confirmation will be sent only once payment is received.
  
  - Without reception of your payment within 10 days, your registration will be cancelled.
  
  - Please do not forget to indicate your registration number when sending payment.

• Registration requests or changes by phone are not allowed.
• Please refer to the table below for registration categories and deadlines.
• Registration fees are to be settled in Euros (€).
• At the end of the registration process, and once payment has cleared, the Symposium Office will email you a settled invoice and registration summary.
• The confirmation letter/invoice should be presented upon arrival at the MEGA HAND 2010 Symposium pre-registration desk.

Registration Fees (All rates include 19,6% VAT) 

* Residents are asked to provide (by email or by fax) a certificate to be eligible for this rate.


Please note: for group registration, you may contact the symposium office for special procedure.



Delegates' and residents' registration fees include:

• Admission to the symposium sessions and exhibition areas
• Symposium documents (online abstract book)
• Morning and afternoon breaks
• Lunch on Friday, 19th March and Saturday 20th March

Name change

A processing fee of 20 € will be charged for any change in registration except for name substitution, which will be considered as a new registration.



Cancellation policies for registration

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Symposium Office according to the following conditions:

• Up to December 15, 2009: 50 € will be withheld for administrative fees
• Between December 16, 2009 and February 15, 2010: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
• From February 15, 2010: no refund

ACCOMMODATION


Hotel reservation deadline : February 10th, 2010


Hotel rooms at special Symposium rates are being held for symposium participants and their families in various hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the Symposium Venue.


To make a reservation, all nights must be prepaid in advance. The amount corresponding to your entire stay will be charged upon reservation and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill when leaving.


Reservations per phone will not be processed. A fixed charge of 10 € per reservation will be required for all hotel reservations.

Room rates

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Symposium Office to guarantee the indicated rates. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast. City tax included.

• Up to December 1,  2009: 20 € will be withheld for administrative fees
• Between December 2, 2009 and January 14, 2010: the first night will be withheld
• From January 15, 2010: no refund
