• Abstract should be submitted electronically only through the symposium website.
• Abstract should be submitted according to the instructions detailed on the website and by the specified deadline.
• Abstract received after the deadline cannot be accepted and will therefore not be considered for the programme or publication.
• All abstract must be written in English.
• When submitting your abstract, choose the topic it most relates to (please refer to list hereafter). The Abstract Selection Committee will decide on definitive topic assignment upon abstract selection.
• Abstract will be selected for oral or poster presentation. A preference for poster presentation can be indicated although the Scientific Committee will make the final decision as to how the abstract will be presented.
• Abstract will be peer reviewed without knowledge of their source. Acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be based on the average mark awarded by the reviewers.
• Submission of an abstract implies the commitment that the presenting author will attend the MEGA HAND 2010 Symposium and the expectation that financial resources to attend are available.
• Accepted abstract will be published on the Symposium website and in the final programme.
• Abstract will be published as submitted by authors. Neither proof reading nor retyping will be done. Abstract not suitable for reproduction will not be considered.

• The following subdivisions of your abstract are recommended but are not mandatory:
- Background and objectives
- Material and methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
• The total length of the abstract should not exceed 450 words.
